Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-help workshops are held periodically . In these workshops we learn the various ways to apply our hands to get the beneficial effects of JSJ. With our hands as the only tool we can relieve our tensions, manage emotions such as fear, anxiety, worry, anger…learning to recognize the messages of our body to regain its harmony and balance. Simply by breathing properly and putting our hands on different parts of our body or just taking our fingers, we can counteract the annoyances that cause us stress in our daily life (anxiety, insommia, headaches, backpain..etc).
In a few days we learn tools that will help us to improve our quality of life. With JSJ we can help ourselves, and help those around us.
